Post a Job / Internship

The next step after creating an account is to post the career opportunities or internships that your organization has to offer. 

Symplicity Instructions

Non OCR Job/Internship

  1. Go to
  2. Log into your BisonCareerLink, Symplicity account
  3. To post a job, go to the 'Job Postings' section. Under the 'Job Posting (non-OCR)' tab, click on the 'Add New' button at the bottom.
  4.  Complete the information about the position and click the 'submit' button.  After submission, your posting will remain inactive until a career services administrator approves it.
  5. If a job posting is approved, there will be a green checkmark in the 'Approved' column. You will receive an email reminder that your job postings has been approved or if it needs an adjustment.

OCR Job Posting

  1. Go to
  2. Log into your BisonCareerLink, Symplicity account
  3. Click the “On-campus recruiting (OCR)” tab.
  4. Under the first tab “Schedules”, if no record found, select “request a schedule” and follow the instructions. Select the recruiting session for “ TERM-YR- Office of Career Services”, (ex. SPRING 2016-Office of Career Services).
  5. If a position needs to be attached to a schedule, the 'attach position' button will appear in the 'Options' column.
  6. Click the button, complete the 'Assign Job Posting' form including screening criteria, and click the 'submit' button. If you choose the 'Select Existing' option, you will merge that schedule with the schedule that the existing position is attached to. If you choose the 'Copy Existing' option, all the details of a pre-existing position will be pulled into the form, but the respective schedules will remain separate.
